These guys are awesome! I have been hunting for a good mechanic in this area. I read several posts on Facebook that had tons of people recommending Kevin's so I decided to give them a shot. Upon entering their very clean waiting room, I was quickly greeted by a friendly lady who checked me in. I worked for a while in the waiting room while they assessed my car (they had a desk in the waiting room which was awesome!). The gentleman (I think it was Kevin?) who came to tell me what was wrong with my car was friendly and explained things where I could understand without being condescending. They had my car fixed faster than the estimate and for cheaper than I was expecting. They just did an oil changed and fixed my brakes, but I swear my car is running better somehow. I'm not sure what they did, but it's accelerating easier and idling more quietly. While I was waiting, I could overhear them talking in their office area. You can tell this group has a family atmosphere. It felt like being back in the small town mechanic shop where I grew up. I will most definitely be back and will tell everyone I know to go there as well!

Purchased a battery from another shop 6 months earlier because the Jeep would barely start. Wasn’t driving much during the coronavirus quarantine and had to jump the Jeep to get started many times. Took it back to the original shop. They said they checked out the alternator, recharged the battery and sent me on my way. Still very sluggish starts then nothing. Went to Reddit for local recommendations. Kevin’s was recommended. Made an appointment, had it towed in and BAM! It’s like a new Jeep. Replaced the starter. Reasonable prices, great service. Bought an Altima and the check engine light came on less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot. I was devastated, my magic magnifying mind went to the worse case scenario. I have mistrust for mechanics. The gentleman I bought the car from suggested I not go to the Nissan dealer, but take it to Kevin’s Garage. I’m new to HSV and just took a leap of faith and my experience has been fantastic. The receptionists Sally and Regena are so kind and helped calm my spun up nerves and Kevin personally called me to let me know what was going on with my car before going forward with the repair. I had to have the front and rear sensors replaced and the price was reasonable. I think I have found my go to place for my car repairs in Huntsville. Very satisfied - Trenton M. Very happy with the work that was done so far. My Jeep has been in and out of so many shops and the issues were never fixed. I was almost ready to sell it even though it has so much sentimental value to me. No mechanic seemed to care to find what was wrong. I moved from Mississippi several years ago. We have had need of a mechanic a couple of times. If you need a honest and thorough business Kevin's is your place to go. My AC would sporadically work he checked everything but it was all normal. He didn't stop until he found that a relay switch had quit working. Kevin went the extra mile.
