Been here twice so far, once for an oil leak diagnostic and again for noise coming from the wheel well. Both times they fixed the problem and had the car ready for pick-up way earlier than estimated. They were very easy to communicate with--even having an online form and email communication, letting me know what they diagnosed and how much it would cost to fix, and even letting me know when their shop hours changed when it might affect me being able to pick up the car. Took my Jeep in to get some front end work done. After the repair I complained that the steering didn't quite feel right. I returned, the technician drove it with me, and I said I'd drive it over the weekend to see if I thought any differently. The owner called me Monday and requested that I bring it in for him to drive. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the next day for free and threw in some brakes for my trouble. I own a F250 Powerstroke. I had just paid to have about $6,000 of bulletproof parts installed. (I had this done at another shop. I'm not from the area and am just learning where to find the good diesel techs in Huntsville.) I did not get my fuel system fixed though. Common issue with fuel tanks on those. If you have a 6.0 powerstroke you're familiar with the tank issues. So, long story short I ran it out of fuel. It ran like garbage for two weeks after that. I figured I had just destroyed the new injectors. By the time I brought it in to Kevin's it was running better but, I was still worried. I was fully prepared to get a a call telling me that I had 2 grand in injector work coming to me. They checked it all out and really did no actual maintenance. That is not an insult. It speaks to their honesty and integrity as nothing was wrong with the truck. I was just being overly worried after seeing horror stories of injector damage from lack of fuel. They could have completely had me pay for work that was not needed. Instead they gave me piece of mind and confidence in my truck. I will be using Kevin's from here on out.
