Took my Jeep in to get some front end work done. After the repair I complained that the steering didn't quite feel right. I returned, the technician drove it with me, and I said I'd drive it over the weekend to see if I thought any differently. The owner called me Monday and requested that I bring it in for him to drive. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the next day for free and threw in some brakes for my trouble. It was an inconvenience to return but glad they cared enough to follow up and made it right. Impressed with the time they took to listen to my problem. Will definitely be going back. - Chad W.
