Purchased a battery from another shop 6 months earlier because the Jeep would barely start. Wasn’t driving much during the coronavirus quarantine and had to jump the Jeep to get started many times. Took it back to the original shop. They said they checked out the alternator, recharged the battery and sent me on my way. Still very sluggish starts then nothing. Went to Reddit for local recommendations. Kevin’s was recommended. Made an appointment, had it towed in and BAM! It’s like a new Jeep. Replaced the starter. Reasonable prices, great service. I’m new to HSV and just took a leap of faith and my experience has been fantastic. The receptionists Sally and Regena are so kind and helped calm my spun up nerves and Kevin personally called me to let me know what was going on with my car before going forward with the repair. Been here twice so far, once for an oil leak diagnostic and again for noise coming from the wheel well. Both times they fixed the problem and had the car ready for pick-up way earlier than estimated. They were very easy to communicate with--even having an online form and email communication, letting me know what they diagnosed and how much it would cost to fix, and even letting me know when their shop hours changed when it might affect me being able to pick up the car. Took my Jeep in to get some front end work done. After the repair I complained that the steering didn't quite feel right. I returned, the technician drove it with me, and I said I'd drive it over the weekend to see if I thought any differently. The owner called me Monday and requested that I bring it in for him to drive. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the next day for free and threw in some brakes for my trouble.
